signed waiver forms from all participants that will be in
the field of play. If you do not sign the waiver form you
will not be allowed into the indoor fields.

If you do not bring the waiver form with
you, there will be forms provided on site.
Any child under the age of 12 will NOT be
able to play. This is not our policy, it is the law.
